From the salon to the hospital to leading a multi-six figure business, Sarah Breshears’ career path has been anything but traditional. This hairstylist turned speech pathologist turned Social Mogul is disrupting the norm and bringing female entrepreneurs to the top with her!
 
Sarah Breshears is the founder and CEO of Social Moguls, a social media marketing agency for healthcare brands, which she grew to 6-figures in less than a year! She is a first generation college graduate, published author, empath, Meme Queen, and Frenchie Mom to Jack Black and Betty White.
 
She finds the greatest joy in amplifying the voices of healthcare brands to allow them to reach more patients and change more lives through the work of Social Moguls. The daughter of two late parents who experienced the short-comings of the healthcare system, Sarah is dedicated to patient advocacy, autonomy, and empowerment through education.
 
When she’s not keeping social media social, Sarah is working on her Executive MBA, co-hosting networking events for women in healthcare, and soaking up the Florida sun.

BAILEY'S
STORY

Bailey Martindale has woven a vibrant tapestry of roles—from journalist to brand magician—each thread as eclectic as the last. Her journey through various cities, from Oklahoma to Salt Lake City, Dallas and finally anchoring in St. Pete, reflects her multifaceted career and vibrant entrepreneurial spirit.
 

Bailey is the founder of Branded Communication, a brand strategy and digital marketing agency that has been creating "brand magic" for nearly a decade. Specializing in crafting the perfect narrative for each unique audience, her agency helps brands speak fluently and compellingly to their target markets.
 

Adding to her entrepreneurial ventures, Bailey launched her dream project, Femmeciety, a bespoke lipstick line designed for the discerning woman. Available direct to consumer and in numerous boutiques and medspas, Femmeciety offers a range of options for those looking to partake in its beauty revolution.
 

With a bachelor's degree in strategic communication and a master's in administrative leadership, Bailey’s expertise is underpinned by a solid academic foundation. She began her career as a journalist, a passion she continues to nurture through her blog, Bailey's Babblings, where she delves into a myriad of topics with her signature flair.
 

In her downtime, Bailey is deeply committed to empowering young women, serving as the secretary on the board of directors for Girls Inc. of Pinellas.

She is also a proud mom to a toddler boy and two Australian Shepherds, Aspen & Murphy, finding joy in the chaos and creativity of balancing family life with her professional endeavors.
